The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, living area, and a huge private terrace with dining set, sun loungers and BBQ access (available at extra charge).

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook, plus toaster, microwave, cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper), pots and pans, dishes and silverware.
2 Bedrooms: Private bedrooms with a double bed, fresh linens, and extra pillows and blankets. Both have access to the outdoor area.
Living Room: Bright and spacious, with direct access to the private terrace. Also included open sofa for up to 2 additional guests.
Dedicated Workspace: Separate work area equipped with a monitor, comfortable office chair, and stable Wi-Fi internet — ideal for remote work.
Internet: 50 Mbps VDSL connection. Fiber-optic service is not yet available in the area; we monitor availability and will upgrade as soon as it becomes possible. The current speed is stable and perfectly suitable for uninterrupted work and video calls.
Bathroom: Private bathroom with walk-in shower, fresh towels, and hairdryer.
Dining Area: Cozy indoor dining table for meals.
Large Private Terrace: Featuring sun loungers, outdoor dining set, and a shading awning, offering a perfect space to relax or dine outdoors.

About the neighborhood
Metaxourgeio is one of Athens’ most creative and vibrant districts. The area offers a wide variety of well-known restaurants, cafés, wine bars, traditional tavernas, brunch spots, ethnic cuisines, theaters, galleries, artist studios, and cultural venues, blending old and modern Athens in a unique way.
Architecturally, you will find neoclassical buildings alongside industrial spaces, historic squares, and streets full of character.
The neighborhood is strategically located next to the city center, with easy access to public transportation, including Metaxourgeio and Omonia metro stations, numerous bus routes, and major road connections. From here, you can reach Syntagma Square, Monastiraki, Plaka, Gazi, Kerameikos, and the Acropolis Museum within minutes.
