At Red Berries IKE we attach great importance to providing equal and accessible service to everyone. We work so that people with disabilities can also use the Website and receive our service comfortably and independently.
1. Website accessibility level
The website red-berries.com (the "Website") is operated by Red Berries IKE, a company registered in Greece, tax registration number (AFM) 803022939. We work to adapt the Website to the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, at level AA.
2. Adjustments made on the Website
- The Website has an orderly heading structure.
- The Website is adapted for display on mobile phones, tablets and computers.
- The UserWay accessibility widget is installed on the Website and opens by clicking the accessibility button shown on every page.
- The widget allows, among other things: enlarging text, changing spacing and line height, contrast and saturation modes, highlighting links, a readable font, pausing animations, hiding images and enlarging the cursor.
3. Browsers and devices
The Website is adapted for use with the current versions of common browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on computers and mobile phones.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Website may not yet be fully accessible. Among other things:
- Not all videos on the Website may have captions.
- The accessibility widget helps adjust the display but does not replace full adaptation of every element on the Website.
We continue to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis. Found a problem? Let us know and we will deal with it as soon as possible.
5. Physical accessibility arrangements
The company's offices are at Gamveta 4, Athens, Greece. Service to clients in Israel is provided mainly by phone, WhatsApp, email and online meetings.
Accessibility arrangements at the Athens office: the building has an accessible entrance and an elevator. There is no parking on site, including no disabled parking.
Meetings are held by prior arrangement. If you need any adjustment for a meeting, let us know in advance and we will do our best.
