This beautiful and stylish apartment has everything you need for your stay in Athens. It is very well equipped. It was especially useful to have a washing machine and dryer in the flat because I was there for a whole month. It's is a 5-minute walk from Platia Agiou Georgiou, in the trendy Kypseli neighbourhood, lined with great restaurants, bars and an excellent gelateria. Dimitra was extremely responsive and gave me great restaurant recommendations. I can heartily recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay! The flat is located in a very cool area in the center, surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. It’s easy to get anywhere from here. The best part of the location is that while you’re in the heart of the city, the flat is quiet and perfect for relaxing and sleeping. The apartment is newly renovated to a high standard, and it feels brand new. It has all the amenities you need for both short and long stays, plus a nice balcony to chill on. The linens and towels are high quality, adding to the comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available when we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We really felt at home and had everything we needed. Moza properties accommodated us in every possible way from check in to check out and they even helped us retrieve something important that we forgot behind. I definitely recommend! We had such a lovely stay at this place! Value for money was amazing—the apartment is spacious, completely new, very modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. There are balconies on both sides, one is very big and has a lovely table. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you could wish for, including a Nespresso machine, wine fridge, washer and dryer, and gorgeous lighting throughout. The location is also top notch, just a 20ish-minute walk from the center. Warmly recommend this place to everyone!

Great new spot in one of my favorite neighborhood s of Athens with a lot of quality local restaurants, bars and cafés. Sunny from both sides with a nice size balcony as well. To recommend.
